Refund policy

At Kalen, every fragrance order is prepared carefully. Because perfumes and fragrance decants are personal-use products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, sprayed, or had its seal or protective packaging removed.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer an easy 3-day return/exchange policy (sealed products only).

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

- Opened or tampered items will not be accepted.

- Perfume testers, perfume miniatures, vials, gift sets, deodorants,

and deodorant sticks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or an unedited unboxing video showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected item. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees, where applicable, are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
